the item is as described and came in a timely manner. However, I received a female head with a male body. It is not usable now. I tried to exchange heads but am unable to do so.

I LOVE this mannequin! I will be dressing her for different holidays/occasions, etc. She is dressed for winter now. I purchased a black wig and have some birds and snowflakes hanging above her and on her hat. The box came damaged; however, the mannequin was not - thank goodness!

Although some parts arrived cracked (like the left arm, the mannequin was easy to put together and very light weight. She has a very tan skin tone and pretty face.
