First, I am hardly a "tile guy". This is for DIY projects around the house. This has been a far superior tool to the cheaper versions you can buy at the big box stores. The guide rails flex and make accurate tile snapping near impossible. This does not suffer that fate. The rails are strong and remain rigid for accurate cuts and snaps. Highly recommend.
