The spigot mechanism was placed on backwards, and I did not notice that until I filled it with water and it leaked! But then I figured it out --- seems like it should come in the correct position to make it sealed. Other than that, I love this product and am so happy to have a dispenser for my water!

We loved the design of this which is why we chose it! The one thing I wish was different was the plastic spigot — I wish it was stainless steel. The plastic broke after a few months so we needed to replace with the stainless steel spigot recently. We also realized the steel spigot was so much more efficient. Otherwise, great product that I would recommend.

It leaks. The plastic dispenser piece is cheap. Terrible design. I’m upset that they won’t allow me to return it. Do not buy this.

I live near El Dorado Springs in northern Colorado.Even though Denver has decent water, I decided to indulge and order at-home water service from El Dorado. My water orders are delivered and I serve fresh water from this beautiful marble dispenser.The dispenser is perfect for setting on a cabinet. It is small enough that it does not take up much counter room at all.Even though I considered other water dispensers, I'm glad I went with my instinct & bought this marble dispenser. It is very pleasing to the eye and complements the aesthetic I have in my kitchen.

I loved the finish on the crock. Very attractive! I did think the spout was rather cheap and many other reviewers had pointed out so I went ahead and order the all stainless one. It hasn't arrived but I think it isn't due for a week or so more.

I love my Bluewave Water dispenser Crock. The grey marble design is beautiful and in certain light looks blue grey. I previously used a hand pumpsystem, so it is a treat to just flip a leaver and I have water. Friends have commented at how nice it looks.I really lucked out on this buy.
