I was anticipating the arrival, excited to fill this with my daily supply of lemon water .... and it arrived broken. Cracked all the way through. The outer package was fine and it is shipped with styrofoam protection, but damaged non the less. Si very disappointed but ... response is favorable. I will be shipped a replacement and sent instructions for shipping back the damaged goods. I am hoping to be able to upgrade this review with a more favorable one.

I have 3 of these and use them for all of my get together. No assembly is required. I've never had and cracking or leaking issues with any of mine. These have a large capacity and are elegant

I tried ice tea and my guests loved it, it works fine and looks very glam, the only thing is that you have to strain whatever you decide to put in there because if you don't, it can affect the flow of how the liquid runs.
