This kit is absolutely essential to install a rain sensor. In my case, my car is Lexus RX350 2013. To install it, first you need to have a brand new rain sensor tape which you must purchase from dealers as aftermarket or whatever knock-offs may not work. Next clean the surface on both sensor and windshield carefully, make sure no dirts stay on them. Then, use the kit, take a liquid and do it quickly to apply on the surface of sensor and tape and put in the correct position. Keep it like this for several minutes as it will dry quickly. There are some videos on YouTube that will help you in the procedure. This kit is very helpful and must have to do the job. My rain sensor works perfectly after I do the job.

Worked great on my 2019 f-350. Before, my auto wipers wouldn’t work at all and noticed that the gel was all oxidized and gross. Carefully scraped it off, applied the new and it works great. Definitely wait a few minutes for it to start to cure before applying the sensor to the windshield so it doesn’t run.

This worked Great. Just remember, it begins to cure within 4 or 5 minutes so the fluid in the mixing nozzle will set up while you are applying the gel pad to the sensor. If you are lucky like I was you will be able to press hard and pass it through the mixing nozzle and get the newly mixed gel to come out.The product is not a one-time use however the nozzle is if you don't flush the partially mixed gel. or if you had multiple nozzles.

It does not stick to the windshield, so for my bmw E90 it was useless.

Followed the instructions to the letter and it worked perfectly. I’m left with 2/3rds of the material if I ever had another need, but it only came with one tip.
