Abyss Navy II First Stage:
The Abyss Navy II 1st stage is highly reliable, even under extreme diving conditions, and is equipped with a high flow rate and pre-oriented DFC outlets. It includes a special kit for cold water dives & was also specifically tested on extreme dive.

Abyss Navy II Second Stage:
The Abyss Navy II 2nd stage has a special fluorinated polymer resin finish. It features a Vortex Assisted Design (VAD) system that enables dynamic airflow, ensuring natural and easy breathing at any depth. The cover features a Mesh-Grid system to optimize water inlet and outlet flows, which offers further improved performance, even during strong currents, while diving. The Abyss Navy II second stage is reliable, durable, and ideal for diving in the most extreme cold water conditions.

It looked very much like an used product. Out of the window or something like that. The seal was broken. No further Information inthe package. Too bad.

This regulator is worth every penny. It works absolutely flawlessly. Originally I was a warm water only diver, so I never heard of a regulator freezing up and free flowing. It didn't take me too long to find out the this is a legitimate concern. Now that I dive in the cold waters of Michigan I can tell you that I regularly see bottom temps in the 34-38 degree range. After reading about the dangers of a free flowing regulator while diving in cold waters, I wanted a regulator that would prevent this, and this reg gets great write ups and if its good enough for the US Navy cold water divers, its good enough for me. It breaths effortlessly at depths of up to 130 ft. (my max depth) and it was worth the money to me to have confidence in my gear.

Excellent reg. Wish i could buy another for when i do side mount.
