As can be expected sweeping smooth and smooth textured floors with horsehair is Belgian chocolate smooth. A real pleasure and worth every sent. NO STATIC causing dust and lint to cling to cheap last forever synthetic bristles. No flinging dust around due to bristles being too short or too stiff. Only reason why 4 and not 5 stars is the first head has lost two hair tufts. Works fine without them but it’s a minor concern that more losses will start becoming an issue. The second head is fine. I use one in my woodworking studio. It’s a busy place that has people working in it 7 days a week and the broom works every day pretty much.

This is the perfect broom for hardwood floors and other areas. It is soft but picks up everything in its path. A terrific broom, especially for the price. The smaller size fits into hard to reach spots.

I have looked a long time for an old fashioned horse hair broom. Some were far too expensive. This is great, especially for the price.

Grew up in a German household and always heard of how amazing these were. The claims are not wrong. This makes sweeping hardwood a breeze.

The hairs come out. They come out in your hand. They come out on the floor. Using this broom makes your floor dirtier. Totally ridiculous.

Great little broom head. Keep in mind that you need to purchase the handle separately. Horsehair works better for me than anything else and it's impossible to find them in big box stores anymore. This broom is well constructed and is just what was needed.
