The directions leave a lot to be desired. The simple graphic on the cartridge looks like something is pulled out of the cartridge but it's not clear what. My printer isn't happy with the cartridge. Wish the shop would respond to my email.

These things are big, for a big machine, but like "toners" for smaller machines, these Image Drums for the Xerox Phaser have, as its name makes clear, imaging unit drums as part of them. And that gets replaced when the toner gets disposed of so you need a high volume of prints out of each toner to make the very high cost worthwhile. The advantage is getting new drums each time, and the industry has mostly gone this direction as opposed to separate organic drum units x 4 colors per machine.But they're not cheap and one must install with care - one ding or tiny scratch or abrasive spec on the drum and it's a goner. So I waited until I was comfy with MasaiMara brand in other machines before I went with using this one in a big Xerox Phaser that we depended on for good color output.Know what? No problems. Perfect fit and extremely well packaged. Very well protected. And the printing is great. Drum units are fantastic in accuracy. Every bit as good as Xerox provides in their OEM units. Very happy with these. I recommend, because I don't forfeit quality to get value.
