Definitely not a massage chair. All it does, is vibrate. Not to mention- the chair has to be, what looks like a melted spot on it and its not very cushiony. Its quite hard and firm. Definitely will be returning.

This chair is everything I needed! The massage and heat combo is perfect for a relaxing workday. I’ve been using it every day, and it makes such a difference in how my back feels. The vibration points are strategically placed and really help with tension relief. The heat function is perfect for chilly days and adds an extra layer of comfort. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to upgrade their office chair experience!

It’s a gift to my wife for her birthday, and she loved it in her office. She has been complaining about how the old chair is giving her back pain when she sits there too long. But this one is just amazing that not only it doesn’t give you back problem but also it messages for you!! The color pink is rare on office chair and she loves the details about everything!! Will recommend this to anyone who has same issue with back when sits too long!

Arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Came with everything you need to assemble. Seller Zuacs has great customer service. Chair depth is great for tall people, but I question the accuracy of the 400 pound weight limit given the stability. Please note that it needs to be plugged in to use the heat and massage function and that the arm rests have no adjustments.
