It's a great chair. It's not too heavy, but it's quite sturdy. The cushion isn't spongy or soft, but it's not too hard. It's just right. I bought it for my sciatic pain, and I've been using this chair for 3 weeks now, and it's not rigged my pain. Also the foot rest is really good too. I put it together in 15-20min so it was quick and easy.Plus it's my cat's new favorite seat. Definitely recommend.

Es una silla en general buena y cómoda, pero denota falta de calidad en algunos de sus componentes. Por ejemplo, las ruedas no se alinean tan fácilmente y es complicado estarte moviendo con ella. Mi piso es de madera y se rayó por la misma razón. Se atoran las ruedas. Por otro lado el pistón pierde un poco de altura con el tiempo, punto a mejorar.

La silla llegó con 2 brazos derechos, están mal etiquetados diciendo que uno es izquierdo "L" y otro derecho "R" pero no es así, los dos son lado derecho. Muy mal ya que así no se puede ensamblar la silla y es inservible. Lo voy a devolver. Tengan cuidado con esta marca Guessky, ya que hay otros modelos de sillas de esta misma marca donde la gente se ha quejado de este mismo problema de que les llegan los brazos de la silla repetidos del mismo lado. Parece que es un problema generalizado de esta marca Guessky donde sus empleados no se dan cuenta y etiquetan mal las piezas y así las empacan y las envían. Mejor busquen otra marca de silla de oficina.

I was initially impressed by the quality of the chair in the packaging. However, when I was assembling, I noticed the main bolt that attaches the right-hand armrest to the chair back stripped the hole as I screwed it in barely hand tight. I tightened it as best I could without it giving that "click" where the bolt loses tension and thought it should probably hold, as the bolts had "Loctite" type adhesive on them and the other side seemed to tighten up okay. A couple of weeks later, I begin to notice some loosening of the arm on the right side. I tightened it back again. Since that time, both arms have loosened several times and now both bolts will not even remotely tighten without slipping due to being stripped. Again, these were not overtightening situations, simply had-tight with no pressure much at all exerted. The only option I have at this point is simply not to actually use the armrests to rest my arms!Due to this situation, I was very disappointed with the quality of the product. The chair is comfortable, but of little use if its components do not stay together.

According to my husband, it’s quite easy to assemble. I personally love cushiony the chair is !!!! My husband doesn’t like the colour, he likes it in black. Brown chair might be a bit harder to match I would say. The material is very soft and seems high end. The Overall quality seems good, no complaints so far, will keep it and I will update my review in the future if anything happens!

It took me about 40 minutes to complete the installation. Not bad at all. The QR code on the box for installation video doesn't work. But you can find the video easily on YouTube by searching SDA003. And the paper instruction itself is good enough. It is pretty straightforward. On the third step of step 4 where you're supposed to insert the steel plate into the seat bracket, it doesn't align easily. I find that asking someone to sit on the cushion will help you align them much easier. Overall I like this chair. Comfy and the quality looks decent.

This chair is really nice, and looks professional. The brown leather has a nice color tone, and feels nice to the touch.It fits me well (6'3 300lb) and reclines to a good degree.Overall it is a great chair and I am happy with my purchase.When putting it together, put all the bolts in the holes loosely and then tighten them. Assembly was easy and took about 10 mins
