Comfortable chair, but has a few issues.First, the good:- The chair is built sturdy, using real plywood inside and thick metal components throughout.- The chair is really comfortable- The arm wrest are well padded and feel comfortable too, which often lack comfort with other office chairs.- The heating feature is nice- Lots of controls for the vibration pattern and the remote is easy to use.- The leg rest which fully collapse under the chair is out of the way if you don't want to use it.The Negative:- No amount of adjusting screws make me able to get a back being straight. The chair always look like it's leaning to one side. It is minor enought that is has no comfort impact. But still looks bad.- The first chair I received had a staple going through the power wire, rendering the power non-functional. The seller promptly replaced it with a new one without issues. The staples on that first chair were also loose in one section. Very easy to fix if you have your own T50 stapler, but still show that assembly is made quickly and a lack of QA checks.- The vibration is loud and doesn't do much. If you are looking for a "massaging" chair, this is not it.- The power cord is really short. Not only does it restrict your movement a lot, but I doubt most people are working with their chair at less than 1 or 2M from an outlet. A longer cord would make this a lot more practical.Assembly took longer than expected, lots of differents length in screws, which makes this more tricky to install. The piece connecting the back rest to the seat part is not properly illustrated in the manual, but you'll understand anyway. Mounting the back rest to the main seat was an impossible task until I realized I could make my life a lot easier by reclining the mechanism and attaching the backrest from the inclined position. The instructions did not mention that trick and I swear that without it, I would NOT have been able to fit the back rest low enough to install the 4 screws.Overal this is a great chair, but take the time to inspect it as the manufacturing may have defects. If you do get a bad chair, the seller seems to stand behind their product.Don't get this if you want a chair that look straight, but do get this if you want a warming office chair which is very comfortable and don't mind spending around 45 minutes assembling it.

This chair is easy to assemble. Takes one tool which is included. If the foot rest does not fit flush with the seat, try flipping the bars that attach to the chair over. Works great. Love the heat and massage. Wonderful for working from home and sitting long hours. Helps keep circulation going and legs from sweling. Would recommend this chair. Good quality material.

This chair was a bummer to put together. The footrest bars are weak, so they don't work well. It is not soft at all so it not good for long periods of time working. I was very disappointed. The vibrations are ok but there is no lumbar or neck support. The handles to recline are so far down a regular person can't reach them. If it was not so awkward to put together I would send it back but to get it back in the box is to hard for my age.

has quickly become one of the best investments I've made for my comfort and well-being. After long hours at work and regular gym sessions, this chair has been a game-changer. Very easy to install and comfortable

This is the best office chair I have ever owned. First it was super easy to put together, I had it done by myself in less than 30 minutes. Then when I got to sit on it oh man the softness is amazing. I was able to get rid of my butt pillow finally! The heat and massage is a game changer while working for 8 hours at my desk. My only complaint is I wish I could have heat with no massage. Other than that I absolutely live this chair.

I bought this chair for my wife because she works about 12-13 hour days and she needed something comfortable. So we bought this one and not only does she love it she was excited to say that she can sit in the chair with her legs crossed because the chair is big enough and it just adds that extra comfortability aspect by being able to kick your legs out from under you and lay back especially after a long days work.

I absolutely love this big, tall Colamy office chair. I work from home and spend long hours my desk - this chair makes that a much more enjoyable experience now. It’s the most comfortable office chair I’ve ever owned, and my back is happier than ever when I’m sitting for a long time. But the massage/heat function could use a bit of improvement, as I will explain. It does come unassembled, and putting it together was fairly easy, but the instructions for putting the back in place are not quite accurate or straightforward and requires some careful assessment. It’s a rather large chair with a tall back and wide seat, and an adjustable headrest that can add even more height. I love the thick foam cushioning in the seat, back rest, and arms. It provides a ton of padding, but has just the right amount of support so that you don’t sink into the cushions.Upping the level of comfort is the fact that this chair actually reclines and has a foot rest. The foot rest can easily be pulled out manually or kept hidden. The ability to recline the back or fix it in place is available through a simple lever at the bottom of the chair. This also makes the back of this chair adjustable, along with the headrest (the height of the chair can be adjusted as well).I am a bit unclear as to what the material is, but it seems like really good quality faux-leather. It looks high-end and I love how soft and buttery it is while still being durable - I have no concerns with it ripping or becoming brittle and cracking with time. It wipes up easily and it is very skin-friendly and breathable, even when I’m sitting in it for hours on end.The massage and heating options take this office chair to the next level, but they also come with a couple of downsides. First, the power cord; the chair needs to be plugged in in order for these options to work, but the power cord is quite short, which works fine in my home office, but this could be limiting for some, and it certainly minimizes how far you can roll away from your desk. The massage mode itself is quite loud, which actually limits when I can use this option - I’m often working while everyone’s sleeping, and I often don’t use it because I worry the sound of the vibration could be disturbing. The option I would use the most is the heat function, but the downside here is that it cannot be turned on by itself. It only works with the massage mode also in operation. The best thing about this chair, hands down, is how extremely comfortable it is, and it’s pretty darn cool that it also reclines back and has a foot rest as well. It’s very easy to doze off in if you’re not careful, but I would absolutely recommend this office chair.

Assembling this chair took way too long and was very, VERY annoying because the fasteners are far too long for each application. So, when you're using the silly little tools that all flat pack furniture comes with, it takes AGES to get them tightened because they're a bazillion miles longer than they need to be.The power cord needs to be considerably longer for it to be really useful. The chair is on wheels, it's meant to move around. The cord is not nearly long enough to be really convenient. The actual construction of the chair, i.e. the padding, is nice enough, it's comfy to sit in and feels fairly durable. The heat function is really nice to soothe sore muscles, but only one of the massage modes feels like it does anything. The modes are odd and don't really make sense for how it should work, the intensity is really strange. The speeds are the same again, only one of the available speeds really makes sense. The foot rest/leg rest whatever you want to call it is pretty much useless unless you are literally as small as a child. At over $300, I expected more from this chair. There are plenty of options for heated massage office chairs on Amazon, I would look into them and find a better one, even if it costs more. Pretty disappointed in this one.

Very comfortable chair. I will agree with other reviews that the bracket that connects the back to the seat isn't what is pictured in the instructions and needs put on in opposite direction. The back, if not locked into position, isn't very springy and you will need to lock it before leaning back and also manually pull it back up into position to sit up if you tighten the arm chair screws too tight.

I love this chair sosososo much. It is to install by following the instructions. It is very comfortable when I sit on it. The extended support is great option if I want to have a nap. Price is fair. I will recommend it.
