The thick cushion is amazing! It doesn’t go flat like other chairs I’ve had. The padding on the armrests is soft yet supportive. I can sit all day without any discomfort. This chair truly lives up to its ergonomic design.

Most chairs feel unstable when reclining, but not this one. It’s solid at every angle, and I never feel like I’m going to tip over. The frame and base are very well-built.

This is by far the best office chair I've ever purchased. The chair is incredibly comfortable and provides great support for my long work days sitting at a desk. The reclining function of this chair is also superior to others as the seat maintains its flat position, rather than the entirety of the chair simply tilting back. This prevents those potential pressure points being hit by the base of the seat as you lean back.The only issue I found with this chair is in the connection points of the arm rests. Due to how the chair is designed, there is play between the mounting bracket on both the chair and the arm rest. As a result, the arms tend to wobble a bit. They're well connected, but the wobble made me a tad nervous. If this is true for anyone else, I found at adding a simple M8 washer with the attachment bolt helps resolves the majority of this wobble.

This chair is a game changer! The ergonomic design with a padded headrest and adjustable lumbar support makes long hours of sitting incredibly comfortable. I love the wide seat and soft cushioning — it really reduces pressure on my hips and back. The heavy-duty build feels solid and supports my weight with ease (up to 500 lbs!). Reclining up to 135° with armrests that move with you is a great touch, and the retractable footrest is perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, durability, and support in one chair!

I’m 6’2”, and most chairs don’t support my upper back and neck. This one does! The high backrest and adjustable headrest provide great support, and I finally feel comfortable while working.
