My grandson loves dice and math, he also hates losing dice. Once we had to use a metal detector to find a tiny tiny metal die he lost in the lawn. So, these dice were perfect! Too big to lose, all the numbers, and fun games to boot! The only complaint is that they come packaged in very thin plastic "box", which arrived smashed and torn. So great dice, fun games, terrible box.

This is a really fun way to play math games with your kids. The dice are pretty big so it’s easy to roll them on the floor and get people involved in solving math problems, but also being somewhat active.

I gifted the Math Dice Game to my daughter’s math teacher, and it was an absolute hit! This game is both fun and educational, offering a great way for kids, teens, and even adults to practice mental math in an engaging way. The rules are simple enough for all ages to enjoy, but it still provides a fun challenge as players improve their math skills. The game is perfect for family entertainment, and it’s a fantastic resource for teachers to incorporate into their lessons. It’s a great blend of learning and play, making math feel more approachable and exciting. My daughter’s teacher loved it, and I’m so glad I chose this thoughtful and practical gift! Highly recommend for anyone looking to make math fun!

Our grandson is in kindergarten and he loved playing with the colorful dice. He is advanced in math, but is also excellent for children on any level. You can pick to roll two or more dice. It includes adding, subtracting, multiplying, and division. If you child is younger, they can roll the dice for number recognition.Math can be boring for some children, but this is a game that you can play with them and it’s fun.

I like how big these are. They’re foam, and even a little bouncy, so they’re fun to roll. My 9-year old ADHD and dyslexic daughter is right at the level of math that makes this set both fun and slightly challenging. I couldn’t keep her attention on it more than about fifteen minutes, but that’s pretty typical for her. Whether we play the intended game or use the pieces for our own math games, this set is worth it.Highly recommended!

These big foam dice are presented as a simple Math game but are great for multiple learning games. I really love the idea of these large foam dice but the product packaging is extremely thin/cheap plastic and one of the dice I received was damaged. The shipping packaging didn't show any sign of being banged around so this damage seemed like a storage/manufacturing issue. The dice do seem decently made though and I expect to still get some solid use out of them before they wear out.The overall concept of this set is simple. Roll a few dice to make an equation, solve the equation, rinse and repeat. It works well but could easily be made better with a bit more gamification. The rules describe a simple scoring system for answering the rolled equations, the suggestion to make it more challenging is to add a time limit, and even breaking a class into teams as a group competition. You could easily expand up this by including multiple challenges (such as completing an equation of each type), setting milestones for each game, or adding additional game elements to make it more competitive/cooperative.Math can and should be fun, especially when it comes to basic operations and the quick calculations that happen all around us in daily life. This set is will only be as fun as you can make it because at the end of the day it's still just a bunch of numbers getting thrown around. If your kids are struggling with math, instead of adding challenges, add some theme to your game. Something they can enjoy and relate to. Customizing this for your kiddos will add miles to how much use they'll get out of it.

I guess I could have looked at the pictures better, but I assume the picture was zoomed in to show the details of the number dice. No, they weren't zoomed in, the dice are big! I don't think it would have been a problem to have smaller dice, but it does probably make it more fun to have them bigger. The big dice are made out of a soft foam, so they bounce a little when they roll. One greater benefit of the bigger dice is that if you are in a classroom setting, it would be a lot easier for everyone to see as a group. The concept is pretty easy. Roll a green one to get a number (e.g. 3), roll the yellow to get an operator (plus, minus, multiply, or divide) (e.g. plus), and roll the second green to get the second number (e.g. 4). This would give you 3 + 4 = 7. This makes practicing math into more of a game which is always welcome. This also provides an endless set of practice challenges. You can switch to the orange one to provide more of a challenge, as it contains bigger numbers. There are a few different "levels" and a game in the instructions. This can grow with your child too since they may be only learning basic addition and subtraction in lower grades, but starting multiplication and division later on. Speaking of the earlier ages that haven't interacted with multiplication and division it almost would have been nice to have just a + or - coin to flip in that scenario, since they aren't quite ready for the different operators. It is easy enough to find a coin to flip to accomplish this though. These are a good price and have a lot of potential benefits for becoming proficient at math.
