Easy to clean! Works fine, best for home smaller scale uses. The top hopper holds a good handfull, and the screw chamber holds a cup. You reload often, about every sausage or two. The casing spout works for 1/4" up to 1", so 1 1/4" sausages max. Wash well immediately to prevent scent hanging about from raw meat. This is fine for doing a few pounds of sausage. If you have kids, it's ok to let help with the smooth all plastic parts. It's sturdy for being molded plastic.

This sausage stuffer was pretty easy to use with the different attachments.We were able to make our sausage links with this machine and the cleanup afterwards wasn't too bad.We like it.
