It is convenient for making ice. You do not need to wait for many hours like using ice grid in the refrigerator. It takes only 5 minutes to produce ice.

This ice maker save my money for the filter in my refrigerator, i only use ice occassionaly and have to change my filter ever 3 months, the ice maker make adequate ice for me, love it

I bought this machine to get a larger quantity of ice than my $69 26lb/day could deliver. This is supposed to deliver 34lb/day, so I expected a larger machine...about 33% larger. When I unboxed it, I couldn't believe it was THE SAME SIZE OR A BIT SMALLER than the one I was replacing. I put them side by side, they were pretty much identical. I filled them up, hoping the new one was somehow faster, but it produced the same amount of ice at the same speed. This is crazy, I paid almost twice the price for what I thought was a more capable machine. This is deceptive marketing and worst of all, I was called away due to a family emergency and the return period expired before I returned. I'm incredibly angry and frustrated that sellers can pretty much make up specifications and not deliver on them. If you're considering this machine, save your money and go with a less expensive one.

This is a must-have equipment in the kitchen. Just pour in a bottle of pure water and it can quickly and stably make ice. It has almost no sound and is very quiet. One downside is that it does not store ice cubes continuously for several days like a refrigerator. I store these ice cubes in a box and put them in a freezer, which has a small basket that is easy to operate！

Our ice tasted bad so I had to get this. It was way to set up. A bit heavier than I thought but didn’t plan to move it around any way. The ice are bullet just as it describes. Brand new unit not foul taste and no problem with the ice. Very quick to generate ice and acceptable noise level. A bit pricey but overall functionality match the price. High end chic look to match with other appliances.
