The images on the web listing showed a close up of an automotive fuse box. All of the fuses in that box were either tiny, or of average size. I should have noticed that an "average" size fuse would be between 5 amps and 20 amps. The Fuses I received were listed as handling up to 32 volts, or 12 to 24 volts, and 80 amps. Regardless, I now have 10 fuses than can handle 80 amps. I'll keep them until need them, and no harm done.

I installed a Maxi-Fuse holder in the battery compartment of my camper versus the smaller size ATO (regular size) fuse holder.In-line with the RV battery to the inverter, the Maxi-Fuse serves as circuit protection for the camper, and the large size of the Maxi-Fuse allows me to conveniently remove and replace it as a battery disconnect during storage months.I have not tested the fuses to make one blow, however, with the correct amperage fuse installed, I was able to put the battery back in use and charge it on shore power using the on-board converter.I am satisfied with this brand of fuses, and would recommend it to family and friends.

What size fuse box are these fuses geared for? Not anything normal sized that's for sure. Seriously these fuses are HUGE.

We keep a collection of fuses in the shop for all our vehicles, 5th wheel, etc. We swapped one just to test it and it worked as expected.
