The slot on these make them usable in different configurations of 1RU. The +2mm of steel is beefy for the heavy units.

Not talking about rack screws, I'm talking about screws to the device itself. If I don't have the ears, why would I have the screws? GRANTED - no where does it say "screws included" and no picture shows screws...it just never even occurred to me.
