These hose clamps are much better than the standard screw clamps. Easy to install and the included tool makes quick work of any project. They supply a multitude of sizes and the clamping tool is sturdy and comfortable to use. Great addition to my toolbox!

Good value with this set of pliers and a nice assortment of ear clamp sizes.My only issue with this is that for the larger sizes of clamps, it becomes a two-handed squeezing process because the pliers handles are too wide, because there is no adjustment like a regular pair of pliers would have. Thus, this works better with the smaller diameter clamps than with the larger diameter clamps.It's a decent kit but I wouldn't give more than 25 for this, otherwise I would pick a higher quality tool.

Not sure on the ring sizes provided, but thats not why I ordered the unit. I got this primarily for removal of pex crimped rings. It has nice handles for leverage to clip them, and pry them off. I also used it a few times to crimp a few rings on and it seems to hold well enough - but I like my original crimper it has that "click" to let you know its toped out without snipping it off.

I mainly use these rings on my air compressor hoses. The rings crimp strong and hold on pretty strong. The pliers have a long handle that give enough leverage to crimp the rings. The pliers are made of a solid steel/ iron material and it didn't find it to flex too much even when giving it a lot of force. These pliers also can also be used as cutters.
