The product works great so far. The products packaging that is arrived in had us worried, since it was simply in an envelope. Thankfully the product wasn't damaged.

Great product. Fixed my problem. Realize however, that if yours doesn't work, its fairly easy to take apart and polish the electrical contacts. They just get cruddy and won't connect.
