When the order arrived, the merchandise was damaged. We immediately returned it, asking for a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the box was opened with parts missing. We did not accept the package and asked for a refund which was promptly sent.

Good sturdy aftermarket roof rack. Easy to install. Does not come with rubber gasket so VERY noisy until you get the rubber strip.

These have been great and fit my Volkswagen Volkswagen perfectly. I have a heavy fat tire, electric mountain bike and they’re holding strong, easy install instant success. Several hundred dollars cheaper than original Volkswagen racks

Mon véhicule a des barres latérale de type "flush rails" et cette article n'est pas compatible avec malgré le fait qu'il est mentionné que ça fonctionne aussi avec ce type de barre latérale. Je ne suis pas satisfait du produit. Tous les autres fabricants de barres transversales avec un système d'encrage comparable mentionent que ça ne fonctionne pas avec des flush rails sauf maxxhaul. Je suis déçu.

I installed these on a 2018 Acura RDX. Great fit. Easily adjustable extremely easy to install. They seem sturdy so far, I’m hauling 2 10ft kayaks with them 👍🏼

Opened and installed in less than 15 minutes. For the money these are nice and I like how they sit high above the roof rails. There was some plastic mould flashing on some parts but you can't notice unless looking at them close. Overall, very happy with the purchase. Now just waiting on the basket to come so I can add on top.

Have been watching for second hand cross bars, and most in decent shape all over 200.00. Bought these for 2004 Pontiac Montana and they fit great. Still had about 3" on both ends. Very good instructions and so easy to install. Havn't hauled anything yet, but they seem very well made.

There is supposed to be rubber molding that gets inserted under the cross bars to prevent the wind from howling through the crossbars as you drive. It's even referenced in the instruction manual. This was missing. I thought it was just a fluke and had them replace it with the exact same item. It was also missing the second time. Seems like it wasn't just a coincidence. Beware

Took me only minutes to put on. Bad thing is it states can be used on flush side rails. When product arrived packaging stated only for side rails with spacing. So installed anyways. They seem to be holding up pretty good. I drive on the freeway daily and they are not budging (even tho I have flush side rails). I have not put my cargo bag on yet to see if it holds. So for cars with flush side rails not the best option. I don’t use them to often so it was to much of a hassle to send back. As for the wind noise I would say a little extra but I play my music loud so don’t really hear it.All in all good product and quality for the price.
