This has been the best dog collar I have yet to use. Out of the 5 prior collars I purchased in the last year, this one appears to do the best job of controlling my dog.

This pinch collar does what it is supposed to do. It reminds your pet not to pull excessively . I’ve used similar pinch collars with my other pets with good results. This one has two advantages. The ease of adjusting and putting it on my pet, and the appearance. It looks like a regular collar so if you are concerned about appearances this may be the collar for you. Most importantly, it works.

Never got it! Lost in the shipping. Ordered again we’ll see. Just got my reorder and I’m very happy with this product. It fits my dog well and our training is going well. I love that the prongs are hidden.

Anyone who has a husky knows how they like to pull when walking them outside. I have a 2-year-old husky, and every time I walk him, I feel like he’s dragging me to Siberia. I highly recommend this to anyone with a dog that pulls. For the first time, I feel like I’m not in a sumo wrestling match with my dog when I take him out.

So when arriving this was a nice productPlace on my big boy, and looks goodNext day, he managed to chew off the strap you adjust and that holds the thing togetherHowever, before we send an email about that, we make shift a new strap with one of dogs collars, and it works…. I have an Airedale Terrier who for the most part walks really well on a leash, however when she sees a squirrel or cat she seems to loose all self control and she is surprisingly strong for her size, in fact it's like trying to hold back a 1,200 lb bull. I'm not kidding, she is super strong. Normally I would be able to deal with the occasional outburst, however I recently dislocated my shoulder and needed something to reinforce my "heel" cue when those dreaded squirrels peek out from around the tree trunk. So far this collar has been exactly what I needed. Once adjusted to the proper size, it goes on easily, she doesn't appear to mind wearing it at all - in fact she rarely notices it is anything other than her regular collar. The only time it comes to her attention that this collar is different from her regular collar is when she gets that sudden urge to dart after a squirrel or cat; although this collar stops her in her tracks, it does so without causing her to start coughing or choking and she has never indicated at any time that she was in any pain or discomfort. The only "discomfort" she has shown is her prancing around in irritation at not being allowed to drag me across the street. I have found this collar easier to put on and take off (it's only used when we are walking off our own property) and it is much more effective than the "choke chain" type collars which she will still pull against and end up coughing and choking. I have no complaints about the buckle as of this time. If anything should change, I will come back and edit my review.As for my reviews, I am someone who is selective and particular and have no qualms whatsoever leaving an honest review regardless if it is favorable, critical or somewhere in between. Not only am I a newly recruited Vine Reviewer for Amazon, I have been an Amazon customer since 2006 and know the value of an honest review, as does Amazon for they specifically direct its Vine Reviewers to be honest in their assessment of a product because their customers rely on reviews when deciding whether to purchase an item.
