I have had this chair for 3 months. The gas cylinder periodically fails to support the chair height and the seat lowers on its own. There is no listed method to contact the seller for a replacement part. I do not recommend purchasing it. Update. The company did reach out to me and sent a new gas lift. Unfortunately the 2nd cylinder suffers the same problem. I have raised my review from 1 to 2 stars based on their product support. They still need a contact method on their web site.

After a few weeks of use the back rest gets very loose an doesn’t hold up right well, I’m 190 pound so it shouldn’t wear at the rate it is. I usually either gaming or watching videos for short durations.

We bought this chair for my son who needed another one. It came earlier than expected and was so easy to put together. He loves it he just wishes it had a little more cushion on the seat but says it’s not bad at all.

Holes connecting the base and the seat were not aligned so I had to use wood screws. The angle of the chair is crooked, so it feels like Im Tokyo drifting anytime Im at my desk. The angle itself is also off, leans forward. Will definitely have to buy a different chair soon. This chair is like the drunk white chick at bachelorette party. Just sloppy and sad
