The design is classic with two styles of texturing on either end of the mallet head.
Care & Cleaning
CookWood kitchen utensils are raw wood. They have not been coated with any resins or treated with any chemicals.
You can condition with mineral oil, but it's not necessary. Wood seasons over time with use.
Wood responds naturally to water. Wash and dry after use.
- Hand wash in warm soapy water.
- Allow to fully dry.
- Do not soak wood.
- Not for dishwasher.

This is a tenderizing mallet made from 100% raw beech wood. The materials are responsibly harvested and all items are crafted in Europe.
Beech is a light color hardwood most commonly used for European wooden spoons and utensils. The size and shape are traditional with no extra pieces, designs, and no coatings. Just wood.
