The tenderizer works well for beef and pork. Attaches easily and does a perfect job in tenderizing the meat. Cleaning requires a brush 🖌️ to help in cleaning. I would highly recommend this product.

Meat gets wrapped up in the wheels. You spend a lot of time getting it unstopped. If there’s no fat, it works decent. Honestly, this will probably sit in the drawer unused and I’ll use the tenderizing hammer.

For the price I paid, I didn't expect the best. But I expected to get more than 3 uses out of it.Complete garbage. Spend the extra money and buy the name brand version. This is cheap Made in China junk.

We eat a LOT of blackstrap and this thing tenderizes it to perfection. We have been using it for quite awhile now and we haven’t had any issues! The only complaint I have is if you don’t clean it right after using it it will take you awhile to get all the meat out of the grooves but other than that it’s great!

The box says "hands free operation". The drawback is that this thing is so delightfully powerful and sturdy that "hands free" is what you'll be if you accidentally get your fingers near it during operation. To be fair, this is not a unique risk; any mechanical tenderizer like this has inherent risks, and you need to treat it respectfully. For its part, this works beautifully at its job. Feed in bottom round steaks and get out beautifully perforated output. I found this does a terrific job at tenderizing steak for carne asada, and it takes the marination very well once it's been run through it. Cleaning it is fast and easy with a sprayer, too. Personally, I like to tenderize steak, then freeze it to run through a frozen meat slicer. This results in delightful steak chunks for use in stir fry, etc.

Make sure your pieces meat are thin. It cubes them very quickly.Very easy to clean. Soak for a few minutes in soapy water and use the enclosed brush, it is that easy.

It makes a perfectly possible chicken fried steak. If you are going to run a 3/4 inch piece of meat through it, I suggest simi-freezing it first. Clean up in the dishwasher is a snap.Updated review: deducting half a starAfter using this product for two week, I have found that it will only handle meat that is 1/2 in thick not 4/5s as stated by the seller. It does help to semi-freeze the meat before running it through the unit. Also addressing clean up, running the unit under hot water when you are finished using it helps a lot in getting it fully clean later. It also helps to rinse it with hot water just after finishing. It makes washing it thoroughly later much easier.

If you like your meat over 1/2 inch thick then this will not cope. Otherwise it works a treat. Check size data on site
