My husband wanted a digital thermometer to replace our broken one. This thermometer only took a few seconds to get a temp so we were very pleased with the quick time read. It is so fast and easy to use I have been using it when grilling steaks on the grill as well as indoor cooking with pork and chicken too. We love that it’s magnetic to easily store on the refrigerator or grill to grab while cooking.
