This is a very generously sized palette and perfect for doing botanical art. The palette came up bigger than expected which was a lovely surprise. Very easy to clean with good sized wells for mixing paint and as they are deep enough the paint does not dry out so quickly. The palette is quite weighty but its solidity makes it secure when mixing paint.

I have many Meeden palettes and love them all, b7t this one is easily my favorite and most used. It's a great weight and won't shift around on your work space. I love the amount of space it offers, yet it's still compact enough to keep your workspace looking tidy. There are 12 good sized wells (I would guess each well has about 2oz capacity) and a large mixing area in the center. It cleans up easily with just water and never stains. It is very well made and a great value for the money. Meeden consistently provides great products at affordable prices.

Very useful ceramic palette, good size as it doesn't take up much space on your work surface. Meeden's usual quality, well packaged and in perfect condition. I've wanted this for a while and it only appears to be available on this site. Couldn't find it anywhere else. If you want it, grab it, is my advice.

I was using a porcelain plate as a watercolor pallette,, this design saves paint as the individual petals keep colors separate and I can leave them in the pallette. Like the porcelain, this doesn’t stain. I love using it!

The bottom is scratchy if you put it on a nice table or surface it's going to scratch it up. I put felt on the bottom of mine works fine.

I like this pallet. My previous one was a simple flat ceramic. It was o.k but the colors would often run together. This one keeps them all separate, just what I needed.

Cette palette de peinture est belle et d'excellente qualité (lourde). On prend plaisir à utiliser ce bel objet en porcelaine pour lequel je constate un effet beaucoup plus agréable qu'avec ma marguerite en plastique qui, au demeurant, est très bien aussi mais c'est différent.Réceptionnée très rapidement, elle était très bien emballée pour respecter la fragilité de la porcelaine. Pour tous ceux qui veulent se faire plaisir, voire l'offrir en cadeau.

Meeden est une marque extra . Ses palettes sont faites d'une matière idéale pour le mélange des couleurs et le nettoyage est ultra-rapide .J'en ai de plusieurs formes et j'aime bien celle-ci pour mettre d'un côté les couleurs primaires et de l'autre ,les neutres .

The rectangular shape is perfect. It's a nice size footprint that doesn't overtake the space of round palettes. The smooth ceramic surface is easy to clean and doesn't stain. Just rinse under warm water and pat dry. The added bonus is the edge has little "dips" all the way around to rest or dry your brushes which will accommodate long or short handles.

Ceramic 8-well palette is easy to clean since the sides of the wells curve into the bottom. No sharp corners to grab the pigments. Quite well made and relatively light weight. I gently sanded the few spots on the bottom surface to smooth a bit more, then sprayed that surface with acrylic sealer to protect it.The scalloped rim holds paint brushes cleanly off the palette's surface. Using the side wells for neat paints or for 2 color mixtures, leaving the center for combining colors or thinning with water.My rectangular brushes easily dip into the smaller wells. Very pleased with this lovely palette.
