I ordered 2 airpots, and the design overall seems to work well. However, the base of 1 arrived cracked. Amazon's first suggestion was to contact Mega Chef's customer service. I called, and left a message. I also emailed customer service. I received no response from either method. I can return it through Amazon, and probably will, but was hoping that Mega Chef would provide a solution.

We purchased two of these back in January but the little pin that holds the hinge together popped out. Waiting to hear back from warranty to see if this can be replaced, then will adjust this review accordingly.
