Their snapping percussive effects mimic a high-pitched tom or a crisp snare drum. A natural mix of sound is easy to get and is perfect for small acoustic rooms, or you may plug into an amp or PA with the quarter-inch output jack when extra amplification is needed. Bought the whole cocktail Cajon kit thinking it would sound like the video . But the only thing that sounds good is the kick drum. Was highly disappointed I spent the money on this kit

Horrible little thing.Makes almost no snare sound even when struck hard with your hand (zero snare sound from canon brushes) top is extremely thick for such a small drum (just over 7” square).
