I received the item today and I have been playing on it for several hours. I have to say, I did not expect very much and was pleasantly surprised with the construction of this product. The sound is wonderful and it has eight crisp cracking sound and wonderful pitch. It is sturdy and will go very well with any samba ensemble that I play in during the year.

Das Tamborim hat einen Korpus aus dickem, stabilen Kunststoff. Das straff gespannte Fell erzeugt bei der Verwendung des passenden Sticks (Meinl TBRS) einen lauten und sehr durchsetzungsfähigen Klang. Das Fell kann einzeln recht günstig als Ersatzteil nachbestellt werden, sollte es einmal reißen.

It's everything a tamborim should be, and the color is awesome! Great high tone for cutting through at parades, marches, and outdoor performances. Very cool little drum.

Im Preis ist dieses Tamborim unschlagbar. Es ist etwas schwerer als vergleichbare, doch liegt es gut in der Hand.Allerdings sollten die mit angebotenen Sticks nicht genommen werden. Lieber den selben Betrag noch einmal ausgeben und eine Peitsche mit sieben Strängen kaufen.Dann steht den heißen Rhytmen nichts mehr im Wege.
