I think when something says radiant that it should radiate. I anticipated that this would have a holograph or some sparkles or some glow or something that would be pretty when it was shaken to attract the attention of the audience, but it is a big nothing. The only good thing about it is that it is an 8 inch instead of a 10-in which was the last one I bought a few weeks ago that said it was glowing and it was not either. Probably going to turn in for a return tomorrow. Definition of radiant,1.sending out light; shining or glowing brightly.

My mom takes bellydancing classes and knows how to play this so beautifully! It's so pretty and is well made; it sounds so nice when played.
