cut is too aggressively cut out in the front/too high in the back causing it to not securely hold drills from makita or dewalt drills when tilting forward. drill wants to rotate around and dump out of the holster unless using the velcro strap which i only use when monkey climbing around in attics and crawl spaces. gets in the way for every-day in-and-out-of-holster work. otherwise really great design and my favorite so far, but the main function of holding the drill securely just isn't cut out well.

I like the whole set up, I do not like how you can't remove the vel gets caught up when holstering the drill

The quality is not bad for the price. I wouldn't expect it to hold up long term for a tradesman that uses it daily, but it is great for my DIY jobs around the house. I liked that this one had the big pouch on the front but ended up getting frustrated with the closure flap/drawstring. If you're using a bunch of the same type of screw/nail in the pouch then it wouldn't be a problem, but I was trying to use it for tiny screws and there were a couple different kinds I needed to hold onto and I couldn't get them out of the pouch/see what I was doing easily.The belt is nothing special, but I liked it better than some of the more expensive brands I ordered to try. I also liked the built in tape measure clip on the belt.

I have several tool belts which are quite large and heavy and I prefer not to use them when I'm working on top of a ladder. This tool belt is perfect if you just need to hold your drill, some place for screws / fasteners, a tape measure, additional drill bits and a marking pencil. It is very nicely stitched and constructed with well thought out pockets. It has a pouch with a enclosure top to keep things from falling out. Additionally it comes with a nice wide belt and a magnetic wrist band to hold your fasteners! The wrist band also has a lanyard that you can put around your drill to keep it from falling. They thought of everything that I would have if I were to design a tool belt like this! I recently used it on a job working on some roof canales on a house where most of my time was spent on a ladder measuring and drilling. This was perfect, I had everything I needed with me up on the ladder without having a cumbersome, large tool belt. My Rigid hammer drill fit perfectly in the holster. I strongly recommend this tool belt! You can tell that whomever designed this has trades experience!
