Height 5’9”, Weight 165lbs, not pregnant, but this product meets sensory needs to support myself with pillows on all sides of me while I sleep. This pillow goes all the way around and has a little spot to climb in and make a pillowcase possible. It arrives as a compact cube and pops to life when opened. Says it needs 48-72hrs for max reinflation, so I waited before using it for the first time.The first two nights after full vacuum recovery I found the new experience of the pillow to be quite novel and satisfying. Really comfy. I used it instead of my regular pillow. I took naps with it too and enjoyed the pillow for many hours.Nights 3 and 4 I found the pillow too hot to use all night. I developed a stiffness in my neck and some soreness in one knee. I normally don’t sleep with support at my knees, so I think this pain is related to the pillow. It's incredibly comfortable and I want to use it all night still, but I will not be able to without a new pillow cover and without removing some filling. Just short naps with thin blankets for now. Nights 5 and beyond I began leaving the pillow to the side and grabbing it for short periods.Fortunately the pillow cover options from this brand are readily available online, and both the cover and pillow have zippers. This makes it very easy to wash the cover or to redistribute the filling within the pillow to the places you want it. I'm even tempted to remove all of the filling from the head section of the pillow and to zip my own favorite pillow inside the cushion. Very cool that you can customize this and replace the filling, since there aren't any allergen or moisture protectors that I can find which fit the unique pillow shape.I can’t recommend this product as an overnight pillow without a different pillow case and significant rearranging or removal of filling, but that might just be my preference. Since other covers are available online and the pillow's thickness is so customizable with removal of the filling, I can't give this product any less than 5 stars.

I love it. I bought it for my back. It works great. I just have to keep my husband from stealing it from me. My back doesn't hurt me at night and I sleep so much better.

I have intermittent lower back pain and know I'm supposed to sleep on my back (that's the best, especially with a slight elevation under the knees) or if on my side with something between my legs (to keep your spine aligned correctly). When my back is angry, I remember to do these things. I've been sleeping with a regular sized pillow between my legs when I sleep on my side for awhile now. This popped up as recommended for me (which is odd, because I don't know how the algorithm knew I might need this since I've never searched for or purchased anything like it before???) But anyway...I got it and have used it for about a week now and I can say that it is much better than a pillow. It's so small and tiny comparatively. It doesn't take up all the space a pillow does.I like that it comes with a cover that is removable so that can be washed just like a pillow case.I also like that the surface material of the cover is super silky soft. That makes it nice to have against your skin.The strap that comes on it might be helpful for some folks, perhaps if you move around a lot. But for me, I've found I just put it between my legs and don't even need to bother sliding it up my leg. That makes it easier to set it aside when you get out of bed.

Both my wife and I tried this pillow and decided it's not ideal for sleeping in bed at night. We are both multi-position sleepers and switch positions many times over the night. The pillow ends up either tangled up with the sheets or pushed aside. The strap is not adjustable so the pillow may slip off. Also, if you use the strap you will have to get the pillow off and on before and after getting out of bed to answer nature's calls at night, which is quite a hassle. Having to deal with this while you already have trouble falling asleep is decidedly detrimental. We now use it while watching TV on our recliner couch. It works better for this purpose. However, my petite wife finds it a bit too thick - when she is fully reclined on the couch, her legs/knees are raised so high that she can't see the TV fully. Just a few things we never anticipated before purchasing. Hope this helps someone else. One thing to note is that the fabric is indeed cool to touch. My wife's a hot sleeper so we have yet to find out how it would really feel after being against the body for a period of time when temperatures are higher in the summer.

My girlfriend and I have been switching off with this knee pillow and we both feel pretty ambivalent about it. That being said, neither of us are pregnant or have significant back pain. I gotta say, this pillow is pretty comfortable. It seems like its supposed to straighten out your back while you sleep. I'm not certain about the clinical benefit to using a pillow like this but they have been around for a while in different shapes and forms. If you're pregnant, I'm sure its nice to have some extra leg support.As for the strap, it didn't stay on for my girlfriend overnight. She ends up kicking it down off her leg somehow. For me it tends to get twisted around to the other side of my thigh so its just sitting there. Maybe we're just restless sleepers but it doesn't stay on. The strap isn't super tight which is probably a good thing because you don't want it cutting off circulation. My girlfriend and I are also relatively thin so maybe it would be a more secure fit if you have some thicc thighs.Looking at some of the other leg pillows available, this one seems to be very reasonably priced, stylish looking, and comfortable compared to others. The pillow definitely feels like memory foam so you're getting a decent little pillow for the price. It also makes some good neck support if you want to use it for dual purposes. 10/10
