I bought this in February, it's now July and now it's already broken. Is it too late for a replacement!This was to replace another one that I had for years.

Initially didn’t work well, then leaked excess after pump was used, and my final couple uses it stuck and just didn’t pump. The return instructions are also excessive. My reason for return “this item is garbage”.
