Good fit but order a size smaller than you typically wear. 6'0" and 220 LBS. Large fits Good. XL was too big. Could be better if the abdominal area was tighter though. I'd buy it again.

I bought these because I conceal carry. Allows me to carry without having my firearm pressed up against me. Pain in the a$$ when you have to do #2.

Once I got it on, I felt great. I used to be a brick layer. I have a weaker back. My wife said it changed my posture completely. I was always walking forward with my body. My body started losing. electricity or what they call the rubber band effect. I put this on I just feel like my body is working with me. I feel composing it, I feel. great. This works, guys. If you get one that don't fit and make it easy to send it back and get another one. I love Amazon.

First, I have never worn or owned any kind of "shapewear" ever before. My only exposure to such garments was my wife's Spanx. Second, I am an average American 45 year-old male. That is to say, I am a 5'9" tall, weight 210 lbs, and I'm a bit pudgy in the middle. I have a "dad bod" but I fit in airplane seats with some room to spare. I carry most of my excess mass in a my belly, typically wearing smaller-waist pants than my weight would indicate. On paper, I straddle the line between overweight and obese, but in America, you would probably say I look like an typical stocky middle-aged guy.The construction of this garment feels very solid, with no seams or threads out of place. If you've worn any kind of compression clothing (bike shorts, etc), this is a whole different level of sturdiness. The fabric is thicker, and the construction is more robust. Out of the package, it looked too small.Putting it on is definitely a tight fit, and it requires a little more time and effort than you'd expect. It certainly was *not* an ordeal to put on, just took a bit of doing. Once I had it in place, it was definitely the right size, and everything was comfortable. The fly was a nice touch, and really mandatory, since I can't imagine trying to get this thing on and off for each restroom break.I wore the undergarment all day under business-casual clothes, and it really felt fine. I could definitely tell I was wearing it, with the sensation of compression more pronounced in the areas where I'm thickest (around my tummy). It was snug, but not uncomfortable. It definitely smoothed my "gut", but I didn't notice any change in how my pants fit.These garments aren't miraculous, and I didn't suddenly end up looking like a skinny guy. But, it made my clothes look a little better on me, which is sort of the point. It smoothed everything out in a flattering way, without being restrictive to my movements.

I wear compression/body shaping clothing every day. I ordered this bodysuit so that I could have more choices on what I wear each day. ****** The first thing I noticed when I took the bodysuit out of it's package was how soft and smooth it was. I looked on the inside and the outside of the bodysuit for defects and found none. This bodysuit has a lot of elasticity, which helps you when you are putting it on and taking it off. The only way to put this bodysuit on is to step into it and pull it up until it is on correctly. I had to pull and tug pretty hard to get the bodysuit on correctly. As I was pulling and tugging pretty hard, I never heard a stitch tear. Once I had the bodysuit on correctly I was surprised at how comfortable it was. I would consider the bodysuit to be lightweight. I have worn it several times and I never got hot. I liked the amount of compression that the suit had. It was more than I thought it would be, which is a good thing. Even though it had good compression, I was able to breathe normally and move normally. The bodysuit also provided good slimming effects in both the chest and midsection. The only awkward thing about the bodysuit, in my opinion, is that you have to pull the bottom to either the left or right when you have to pee. If you have to do anything else, the bodysuit has to go down to the knees or ankles. Overall, I like the bodysuit. It does what I want it to do and it's comfortable to wear for both short and long amounts of time. If you are looking for a bodysuit, I would recommend this one.
