Steel Banding Strapping Tool Kit

Package Contents:

- Includes a screw-type tensioner and cutter tool, a 3/5" x 100ft stainless steel strapping band, and 100 steel buckles for effective packaging strapping.

Specifications:

- The screw-type tensioner and cutter tool accommodates steel bandings up to 1" wide and 0.05" thick, while the buckles fit steel bands between 0.55" and 0.67" wide.

Instructions for Use:

①Thread one end of the strap through the buckle, leaving a 5cm excess.

②Bend the excess strap to secure the buckle.

③Wrap the strap around the object and insert it into the buckle.

④Use the banding tool to grip the band, pull the handle to tighten, ensuring proper tension without over-tightening.

⑤Rotate the tool to secure the buckle corners, then pull down the cutter handle to cut the strap.

⑥Hammer and flatten the buckle corners to complete the process.

One of my new favorite tools. Used it to band and strengthen used telephone poles. Ran out of steel band, so I ordered 3/4 inch steel bands which works better. The buckles are stronger for the 3/4 inch band, recommend them.
