This is my first metal detector, and so far I've found it easy to use. I haven't taken it out treasure hunting on the beach yet, but it has been very handy a few times in my own yard. Dropped a small screwdriver bit in the lawn and couldn't see it anywhere. The metal detector found in a 2 seconds. Also used it to find an irrigation pipe that I wanted to dig up. I loe that the height is adjustable. I'm short, and it was easy to set and make it comfortable to use. Overall happy with this detector, and would recommend.

Although I'm kind of a "newbie" to Metal detecting, this isn't my first detector. It is however, more expensive but much better quality than the ones I've used previously.This was easy enough to assemble. It's really just straightening and screwing tight because the wires are already fed through the pole. They supply the 9v battery too. The bag to store and carry it in is decent quality with enough room for your shovel (they also supply) and some other supplies you may want.This is the first detector that could find gold. I thought that was really sweet. I took it down to the creek and although I didn't find gold yet, we had a great time. We are planning a mini vacation to go in search of gold 😃 for fun.This is a great reason to get the family outdoors for fresh air and exercise. It's easy to use with minor instruction even older kids can use it.

This metal detector kit is great, coming with everything you could want to be a successful detector. It even has a small shovel to use, plus it came with the 9v batteries necessary. I have a harbor and some beaches pretty close by that I havent gotten to get to yet, but just with testing around the house I can tell it will work well and I look forward to testing it out in the field.

I'm very new to metal detecting and wanted to try it out to see if I like it. So far it is pretty fun. It is working good so far and is easy to use. The only thing about it is it seems to be made on the cheaper side but the price reflects that. If I would get into metal detecting more seriously I will get a better one, but for now its been working.A 4 star from me. Thanks for reading.

I ordered this metal detector for our family to enjoy a fun outdoor activity - treasure hunting! We're newbies when it comes to metal detecting, but so far we've found that it's fairly easy to operate. We were able to find a couple of metallic objects in our yard including a bottle cap and a nail. One complaint is that the included shovel is absolute garbage and will not withstand digging and, secondly, it does not fit in the included storage bag. Otherwise, it's been a fun machine that we look forward to using this summer! Five stars!
