I bought these to replace the straps on my stand. The wire is way too thin and bent the first time I tried to use them. Into they scrap pile they go. 1 star is generous.

Item is as described & functions just the same. These need to be made out of stainless steel, & maybe a little bit thicker rod diameter. These work well & are definitely a good alternative for the plastic stirrups that break in the winter. Highly recommend!

The quality of this is terrible, the metal is very thin and bends as you try to lift up the bottom of your stand; totally useless. The metal actually snapped as I tried to use it a couple times.

Edited from 5 stars to 1 after a week in the field: These tree stand stirrups are metal, so I expected them to be more durable than similar ones made of plastic. I also have the plastic ones, and these are a similar size, both of which are a little small, but I suppose they do this to keep them out of the way.After a couple of uses, they were bent and became useless. Im using these on an aluminum stand, so it's not like I'm trying to lift something too heavy for them. The plastic ones, while seeming to be less durable based on materials, continued to work for me. This is clearly a product that the manufacturer never even tried in the field, and like so many others, relies on the customer to do their product development.

I needed updated and improved stirrups for my tree climber. I went through material straps, rubber straps and plastic stirrups that just didn’t work for me. The metal material stirrups gives me the confidence I need. Also, these have adjustable screws, making it easier to work with. The rubber coating over the medal makes them easier for grip. Lastly they were easy to install.
