The Extra Large Embroidery Hoop SA441 has a maximum embroidery area of 10.5" X 6.25". This is the hoop to use for those larger designs. This Hoop can be used with a NV4000D and 4500D, however we recommend that you update this model to version 2.02 or later. This update insures that you will not embroider outside the embroidery area of this hoop. Embroidering Area: 6” x 10”(160 x 260 mm) One template grid is included.

I'm so glad I went ahead and purchased this magnetic hoop. I've used it several times since it arrived. Why I waited so long to get one I don't know. This works so easily. Makes embroidery so much easier.

I bought this to use for quilting or stipiling my quilts. I have a Baby Lock Ellegante 3 and this works great. I am in the process of quilting a twin size comforter and this is so much easier than using a regular sewing machine. Only suggestion is add 4 more magnets. I ordered them extra and it makes all the difference in the world. You can use regular flat magnets from a craft store but they might stain your fabric.

I am really enjoying this product for adding some detailed quilting patterns (on smaller quilts - baby or throw sizes). I am likening the ease of moving the quilt because it is magnetic. I do wish it had at least another 2-4 more magnets would be helpful. Would buy again and wish I’d bought sooner.

Ease of setting and adjusting fabric with a magnetic loop. The strong magnets are strong enough so little if any shifting is noted. Mounting the frame to the machine is solid and secure.

Worked perfectly in my Brother NQ 1400e embroidery machine. I just quilted a large throw using it. Its a little annoying how the magnets all try to stick together. I just learned to spread them out on my table and pick them up one by one to place. Mine came with 8 magnets, i do wish there were a couple more.

I used this magnetic hoop for the first time. As a newby to machine embroidery and never having used, a megnetic hoop before this was a goid test. I found it easy to just holp the stabilizer. placing the magnents went well. They are exceptionally strong! This hoop does not have a rounded ssides hape, but flat sides. The stablizer secured I pesled off the paper revealing the stucky zide hp. The hoop comes with. Grid for centuring but with the sticky side up, there was bo way I could use it. I the. Folged my towel in quarters andi. Ed it up with the marhk on the hoop edge and uplnfolded it while smoothing over the sticky side with side to be enbroidered. Then a layer of disabable cover stablizer and linned that down. Ar this point the flat edged hoop did double duty as my towel and upper stablizer could stick to the flat part on the hoop. The hoop slrd i to my Brother embroidery cardiage and it snapped into lock position easily. It functioned real well for the scan and line up snd all through the sewing process. There is only one thing that made me not give it 5 stars. When the hoop is sewing it glides along the top of the sewing bed i steD of floating just above it like the brother hoops. I looked closely at the stitching and there were no skipped stitches caused by any "drag" it may haave hd on it. This is an area that I will be watching closing for scratches on my machine top and any skipped stitches. All in All the hoop is easy to use and holds your project firmly with its 8 magnets. But I think the hoop warrants to watching for performance in the embroidery carriage.

Nach fast einem Jahr kann ich sagen....würde ich immer wieder kaufen. Ich nutze zu 99% nur noch Magnetrahmen. Die Magnete haften sehr fest und halten alles in Position. Ob Vollstick, ITH oder auch Lacemotive.Kann ich ohne "wenn und aber" empfehlen.

love it better than the other type from the other company of which I own one of.I find it more versatile to lift one magnet at a time.It comes with 8 magnets no need to buy extra.It works on my brother dreamweaver vm6200 even though not listed.Advice is to check the part no number of the hoop not the model.Hope this helps!

This hoop works great to use for quilting on my embroidery machine. The magnets are strong enough to hold a quilt in place without any movement. I am pleased with the purchase and hope to buy a different size in the future.
