Colors are pretty and exactly as advertised. Does not snap (at least with hand sewing- I do not have a machine), fray, or tangle. Before this came I was using a cheap spool of thread I got at a grocery store, and switching to this kind made things SO much easier. No more snags or unexpected knots, just good thread moving easily through the fabric! Made my project faster as I no longer had to babysit every loop to prevent tangling. Would absolutely recommend, and would buy again if I happen to run out.

Before I took Amber's sewing class I was using my serger thread to make garments. I now am using this high quality thread, which is meant for sewing machine use.

Tiny rolls of thread. Thought they were going to be bigger.

This is a great quilting piecing thread that spans my color palette....neutral. The seller very quickly shipped these spools and they are as described .

After getting a new sewing machine, I was frustrated that my bobbin tension was all jumbled up. I could adjust that tension on my 40 year old machine, but the new one had no place to adjust the tension. In fact the instruction book said, “ the tension was set at the factory and cannot be adjusted”. A dear friend of mine who is a wonderful seamstress told me that the new machines only work well with a better quality of thread! So I donated all of my inexpensive thread to charity and got all new thread based on research. It said that Mettler, Gutterman, and Husquarvarna were among the best threads to use in our newer machines. It worked! My bobbin tension is as smooth as can be.
