A beautiful, heavy pan. The nonstick surface is great. What I don’t like is that it is domed in the middle. I still cook with it, but that’s a pain with the dome.

Nice non-stick skillet!I personally use cast iron and stainless steel for my cooking needs. However, while visiting my elderly mother, her previous non-stick skillet was beyond roached! And of course, cast iron is just a bit too heavy for a 86 year old.I purchased this particular skillet because it is all metal construction. I do bake some dishes in the oven and the lack of plastic and rubber will facilitate such preparations.If you're looking for a light-weight non-stick pan, this will fill the bill nicely!

I am really impressed with this 8 in ceramic skillet. It heats evenly, the non stick surface works beautifully, lightweight, and easy to clean. The handle feels comfortable and sturdy, making it easy to maneuver while cooking. Overall, this skillet is durable, reliable, and has become one of my favorite pans to use. Highly recommend!

This is an awesome pan! I can fry two eggs and three large pancakes at the same time in it. The non-stick surface is better than I've ever used !

I have a MICHELANGELO sauce pan that I love and that I’ve been using daily for almost two months, so I was eager to get this small fry pan. Overall it’s excellent and good-looking, but with one unexpected problem.I’ve been using it most days for about two weeks. Mostly I’ve sauteed things like salmon and turkey burgers, but I’ve also sauteed several of those monster thick Costco pork chops, and I’ve fried eggs. It’s cooked everything evenly and cleaned up easily. There are no scratches or any signs of wear after two weeks of use.However there is a problem. It was totally unexpected. The pan’s bottom isn’t flat! I’ve never seen a frying pan with a bottom that wasn’t flat. It bulges up in the middle. I’ve attached a photo in which I poured a little coffee in the pan. You can see how the coffee pools along the outer edge, leaving an island in the middle. It hasn’t affected any of my cooking yet, but it’s something you should be aware of. I’m deducting one star for this. Otherwise this would unquestionably be a five star review.As with all non-stick pans, it’s crucial that you don’t use metal spatulas or other metal utensils, and you should not use high heat on these.
