the Advent and AdventX systems are designed as 1x systems and the derailleur chain wraps are adequate as such. i'm running it as a 2xi drivetrain and overextending the derailleur capacity and it still works fine for me, but i'm also a bike mechanic and i've been throwing stuff together willy nilly for 40 years. Microshift makes dependable, inexpensive, & durable components; happy cycling!

Good shifting and easy derailur setup. 2 small problems1. The brake feel is horrifically bad. Where the brake cables exit the brifters just makes for tight bends that make brake feel bad. That and there is no reach adjustment. You have to buy extra plastic components to get 10mm reach adjustment. No in betweens.2. The shifter cable gets in the way of a bar bag.
