Instructions were easy to understand! My husband and I put it together in three days. We did it for about an hr a day! It was fun. Its sturdy and is exactly what we wanted

Excellent rack for the money. My only real complaint were the instructions, which from my understanding have been changed. When I got mine, the manual was mostly pictures and was very difficult to understand. Doing some of these exercises outside the rack was a bit different for me but you can't beat this for the money. When I originally got this, a few of the pieces were damaged and the company sent me what I needed very quickly, I highly recommend.

I want to start by saying I don't like returning items but you have failed at delivering any quality within this rack! I bought this rack as a serious workout rack as it's supposed to handle 2200 pounds......maybe so but not under pressure. The pull down adjustable handles when utilized under pressure cut into the front rails causing friction and shaving off of the red coating. It becomes so bad to move up and down the rail I am forced to use double D 40 to just move them each time I want to do an alternating workout! Next is the issue with accessories or should I say lack of accessories.This 2x3 design makes it extremely difficult to purchase any accessories to properly utilize this racks capabilities. Next are the plastic pulleys integrated within this unit are less than desirable. When you take into account the weight load capacity the plastic pulleys fell the unit miserably. I spent another 200 dollars and upgraded these to aluminum just to be further frustrated with the lack of weight tolerance by the metal rails. For the price I paid for this unit I would have gladly paid the extra money for an upgraded smith machine...for anyone looking for a quality rack in this unit forget about it!!!! You will absolutely hate yourself in a couple of weeks working out hard with this unit!!! I ask in closing that Mikolo reach out to me and make this right! I'm willing to pay more for a better unit but you guys need to make this right!Update to this review as I was contacted by their customer service department. They swiftly resolved my issue regarding the cable cross over pulleys. In turn I have updated my review to reflect a 3 start rating regarding the cage overall but their customer service I would rate a 5 star!!! Thank you Mikolo for making this right for me!

Easy set up. Would definitely buy again. Independent cable system makes working with a family member easier with less changing of plates. Wish Mikolo had more service parts to buy for adding j-hooks or extra weight storage. Modified some other brands 3x3 accessories to adapt to the 3x2 posts for this purpose.

I am usually leary of buying anything with no or few reviews but this equipment works great. Assembled with one person. 1 to 1 pulley ratio great. I have been using it for around 2 weeks with no issues. I would definitely recomend.
