Chose this folding squat rack based on the good price and because it delivered the quickest (only two days wait). The overall construction seems sturdy; only have used it one day as of now. Product appeared to be well packaged, but still was received with some scratches on the two main support elements (pictures included). The damage did not rise to level of submitting a complaint since it is a lower end product, I received it quickly as promised, it was limited to just a few spots, and it will undoubtedly get similar scratches/damage just through a little normal wear and tear in a few weeks in the garage setup.Installation was a bit tricky but nothing someone with some decent DYI skills couldn't overcome. Biggest issues were: (1) instructions could have been a bit clearer in a few areas, (2) instructions said 10mm drill bit for installation into concrete wall - actual wedge anchors provided needed either a 12-13mm bit or 1/2 inch (which I used and worked out well), and (3) last anchor (of four) including spare anchor bent when placing into drilled hole. Wedge anchors provided are special wedge anchors not typically found in your local hardware store. They did provide one extra bolt/screw for all attachments which was nice and needed. I needed to buy a box store anchor to substitute for the last two wedge anchors that bent, and there was need of a creative solution there. The bent anchors were partly my fault but they did bend a bit too easily in my opinion. The swinging arms of the squat rack do move up/down about 1/2 inch (as designed), but plan carefully particularly if the floor they will be swinging over is not perfectly flat. After installation, we noticed that on two of the hinges the swinging arms were rubbing against the hinge. So much so that it impaired the swinging. After forcing the movement some of the paint on the hinge and arms rubbed off. After that the arms swung more freely - just a bit off on the tolerances in the manufacture of the hinges. Pull-up bar seems sturdy but rattles a bit. Some thin, hard rubber stick-on pads should resolve that; would have been good if they provided those, but not a major issue. Landmine doesn't fold and secure against main red post. Using a bungee to secure it; again not major issue but a better design could have resolved this issue. Only used light weights so far, but so far so good. Appears as though the key elements of the system are strong and durable. Like some of the other reviews said, this is probably not what a power lifter should be using (500-600 lbs), but I feel comfortable so far with quarter to half that weight on this system. Landmine is a nice addition which you don't see on some other squat rack products. Would have been nice to have 4 j-hooks instead of 2 provided to assist in adjusting moving the bar up and down between different exercises. Looks like you can buy an additional 2 more for about $25. A spotter arm would even be better. As of now, I would buy again because it serves it purpose. Would be a bit more careful setting the anchors next time to avoid bending them.

The quality of this rack is a lot better than I expected. It's much sturdier than the free standing rack it replaced. I love that it has 11 gauge steel. It folds against the wall very easily. I also like being able to adjust the height of the pullup bar, which I couldn't do with my old rack. The landmine attachment is a nice bonus, although I haven't used it yet. I'd also recommend getting the Yes4All spotter arms. For mounting it to the wall, I ended up using some 2x4 studs as stringers and painted them to match the wall. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was missing the 2 pins to attach the pullup bar. Amazon's customer service handled this to my satisfaction and I ended up making a trip the hardware store to get some 3/8" pins to replace them.
