Creating professional quality results has never been easier. The durable metal construction of the PocketJig400 is built to last. Solid steel bushings adjust both vertically and horizontally to fit your workpiece with a simple twist of a knob. Laser etched scales help to set the position of the drill guides from .25” to 3” apart on boards from ½” to 1-1/2” (12-38mm) thick. The PocketJig400’s convenient storage drawer contains markings for all common board thicknesses make setting the depth stop simple and easy. When it’s time to drill, the flow-through bushing design allows chips to exit the rear, helping keep pocket holes smooth and clean of debris. The ¾” tall base of the PocketJig400 is the perfect height for creating a custom pocket hole work station. Mount the jig to a work surface and use common ¾” thick boards to extend the base of the jig to provide more horizontal support for workpieces. Free plans are included with the kit. For mobile or repair jobs, the clamping wall of the PocketJig400 is removable, turning it into a hand-held jig that fits and clamps almost anywhere. Included with the PocketJig400 are all the accessories required to get started.

Big upgrade over my old blue plastic jig.This is solid aluminum, has built in storage, some bits and plugs to get you started,had plans for a jig to attach this to ad well.Loving having a vac port as well as last one didn't have one,and the clamping is solid and quick to move between boards.

Great jig! I've used a lot of the other plastic jigs, and they are fine but I love how solid this one is built. Love the storage compartment for bits, and that you can use it with the clamp or remove the drilling guide to clamp onto your work piece. I'm a carpenter who does a lot of custom cabinetry and it's great to have something portable.

Really like this Pocket Jig 400. Love the fact that I can set it up on this 3/4" plywood and have it as a pocket jig station. Decided to go with the square handles instead just because my jig saw was not cutting toos traight. Time for a new ig saw I guess.

Tut was es soll, etwas wackelig bei der Einstellung, aber man kann es schon präzise einstellen. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Der Bohrer ist nicht all zu scharf, so dass die Bohrlöcher ausfranzen, aber je nach Holz, kann man das relativ gut wegschleifen.Es kommt mit jede Menge Zubehör.Für meine Zwecke absolut ausreichend und kann es durchaus weiterempfehlen.

This jig is absolutely high quality, well built, no-dust spewed workhorse! One con though: no setting for the frequently used 5/8" plywood, it's a serious con so I have to take notes and experiment not only with the drill bit collar positioning but with a choice of jig hight setting (3/4, or 1/2) and length of a screw.

I'm a beginner in wood working. The documentation, the packaging and the heavy duty metal construction is outstanding. There are only two screw guides, but they can be totally adjusted (even horizontally). This is great with milescrafts' 700 screw package. I don't have to figure which screws to buy. Will just purchase the screws I ran out off. The quick delivery by Amazon to the Philippines is remarkable.

I love the built-in drawer for the drill bit, collar, and hex tool. The tool has fully-adjustable bushing blocks, and it’s made of solid aluminum. The toggle clamp works well, and grips the workpiece tightly. And workpiece thickness is clearly embossed on the jig. I suggest a drop of in the bushing periodically to keep things smooth. I recommend getting it for a few or a zillion uses. It’ll certainly hold up well.
