I love this slicker brush!! I bought this brush for my 3 poodles because I use one at work on dogs after we bathe them and it works soooo good and it’s great quality I highly recommend getting one !!

This is not like the original red millers forge brush. This one is short wires and very very stiff. Brush burns would be a worry with this brush. Theresa H( groomer for 25+ yrs)

Happy with the quality does a good job grabbing loose hair but you have to be careful to not be too aggressive, with how deep it grips. Over all Would buy again.

Slicker brushes are the best for my cats and for my dogs (corgi and smooth coat golden doodle). This slicker is very sturdy and half the price of what a pet shop charges. The only downside is that it’s gray and I tend to lose it. My old ones were red. This brush is really good at getting out an undercoat and leaves the fur very soft and shiny. The cats love it.

I am a professional dog groomer and I use this brush every day. I have owned many different brushes and this one is by far the best in its price range. The pins are stong and stay in place/don’t fall out and the whole brush is one piece so the handle can’t break off. Don’t waste your money on anything else and just get this one!

This brush is much too rough for an animal. But I use mine to fluff up Amigurumi and it's perfect especially with Cotton yarn

I've had a lot of slickers in thelast 30 years and noneof them compared to this one. I really can't figure out what makes this one so different than theothers other than it is curved. It goes through my poodles hair so so easily, taking the little tangles with it. And this is the only grooming tool I can use on my poodle that actually relaxes him. While brushing him with it he actually falls asleep!! Great brush. Price, unbeatable.

This the slicker brush seems like it'll work for other dogs but I have a coton de tulear who has alot of think hair and I felt the bristles were too stiff and might give my dog brush burn, Although they give you instructions on how to get the bristles broken in which I tried didn't work for me the pins are hard and pointy. I tried many times using their idea to break in the bristles by using a floor I tried using the ground which was rough then a floor which I didn't want to ruin, but it didn't work for me. I kept the brush only because it was too much of a hassle to return it. I went to walmart and found the perfect slicker brush by Wahl which is the best the bristles were soft and not as pointed and was easy using and didn't cause my dog's skin brush burn which is uncomfortable for any dog. I am not saying don't buy this because this may work for you but it didn't for meSuzanMesquite NV
