These are pictures of my first attempt at making Raspberry filled chocolates. The Raspberry filling has chia seeds and these molds work so well. I ended up with over 100 little raspberry hearts in my freezer and can take them out and cover with melted chocolate whenever we want more. Everyone loves the Jellied Raspberry filling. I tried making with the 24 cup mini muffin pan but they were too big to pop in your mouth and biting can be tricky until I added the Gelatin to the mix). Next experiment will be Strawberries from our garden. I have a freezer full of berries and this makes a perfect way to use them up.

Chocolate laid nice, plenty of room for small pieces of fruit and a cashew. They came out easy as well. Cleanup was simple and quick.Excelllent quality.

I use these molds for soap making and they are adorable. I made the cutest gingerbread house soap with the little gingerbread man on top, I'm so in love with it.
