Great value for price and comes ready to go out of the box. Super simple interface that anyone can appreciate. I have had one in my lock box for a long time and it has held up and looks nice doing it. I put one in my kitchen and bathrooms to monitor the humidity levels to protect the paint and against mold.

This is a very similar to the hydrometer used in many 3D printed containers for desiccant to keep 3D printer filament dry. Unfortunately, the alignment tabs on the body of this hygrometer are NOT as 12 and 6 O'Clock as expected, so this hygrometer needs to sit at a pretty sever angle unless you modify the 3D model for the panel mount. Otherwise, they seem acceptable.

Great little meters, can be easily placed around the house because the small size, come with 4 extra batteries. The blue button in the back is to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit; great value to get 4-pack; the numbers on the screen can easily be read.

I used for a DIY dry storage box for filament, used both for redundancy and they show accurate to a separate humidity sensor. I like that they come with mounting stickers and two extra batteries.

Great value, was surprised how accurate they were. I use them to monitor humidity for my 3° printer filament boxes.

Humidity is water basically. You would think that a device such as this would be at least water resistant if not water proof right!? Nope not these. I needed them for my mushroom grow tent which needs humidy levels high but not too high. Around 75 is ideal. I used 1 of these 1x and it's not longer legible. The digits are all messed up. What's the point of these? I have no idea! So if you plan to use these for plants or mushrooms, don't get this 1. This 1 is trash. Although they're only $5, I wouldn't even give $1. They don't work.

After placing moisture packets in my cigar humidor, the humidity gauge wasn't moving much from 40%. I suspected it might be inaccurate, as it should be showing over 70% humidity. I placed one of these gauges inside the humidor a couple of days ago, and now it's showing 76%.I'm glad I got these gauges, as now I have peace of mind that my cigars aren't drying out.
