It says for ages 4-18. Mine are 4-11 and have struggled to use them. I keep telling them to practice and it’ll get better, NO.So I tried using them and yes there very difficult. Would not recommend.

I have had the most fun teaching my grandchildren how to use these. So much better quality than I thought. I got them in place of airplanes. They fly with ease, just takes a little practice. A good outdoor thing to get everyone in the family together.

I bought these as an individual toy added for Christmas gifts. The kids loved having something to run outside with. From ages 5 to 14 they made the go far & enjoyed them. I had extras to keep on hand also.

These kites launcher toy are easy and entertaining, my son and his friends really enjoyed these colorful mini kites so far, they don't have to deal with tons of tangled kit string, Fun kid distraction at park! Also they are amazing party favors or for gift bags because there are all types of designs for boys and girls. Both genders loves playing with them.
