Broke my motherboard port, and this was a cheap and easy fix to restore USB 3.0 functionality to my from USB ports. No issues after several months.

Headers on the card provide power to the front USB Ports but no data will pass. Devices plugged into the front USB ports will power up, but Windows 10 does not recognize that anything was plugged in. Device Manager shows "Unknown USB Device" under Universal Serial Bus controllers.

Installed Fosa Mini PCI-E PCI Express USB 3.0 Expansion Card and my Win 10 system recognized it immediately. Unit worked flawlessly. No issues.

While product comes with install CD, Windows 10 installed driver on its own. Windows 10 even claimed driver on CD is older, when I tried to update in device manager. I did a comparison with CrystalDiskMark, and performance was almost exactly the same as main-board's own USB 3.0 ports, so this is legit USB 3.0.So the card come with short bracket installed on PCB. So you need to exchange it, with full length bracket, if you need that equipped. In my case the full length bracket was a little bent, it was easily remedied by pressing the bracket against a right angled table edge, very easy fix.I was a little apprehensive about buying other USB 3.0 cards as many had reviews stating that product was not working right out of box. This product was working right out of box, very happy with decision.
