I wanted something to print photos to label sealed containers. The initial water test left the picture just fine, but after continuous use on a dish soap pump bottle it faded. Remember this is the enclosed role, so maybe? it makes a difference??? Nonetheless...I will clear tape over the label next time. The App is easy to use and can import photos easily to print.

My first attempt to print a photo resulted in a long strip of ground and a corner of my dog's ear. It apparently chose the left-most 8th of the photo, one I had taken with my phone, to print, and that's all. I didn't see any formatting options in the photo section of the app; that's just what it did. It took trying out one of the other functions, that let me import a photo, for it to be appropriately formatted to the tiny slip of paper. My dog has black fur, so the first attempt was very dark and lacking detail. After editing the photo to brighten it significantly, I got a printout that I was happy with.The app leaves some things to be desired, and the print quality isn't that great; this is more just for the novelty of being able to print at all, especially without ink.

When I got this printer, I was excited to use it to give random pictures of memes to my friends and co-workers but when I loaded up the app, MetaPrint, I noticed it was only showing me maybe %40 of the pictures I have on my phone. Its measurements make it so only photos that were taken using the camera, screenshots, or just the perfect size, can be printed. You can alter how dark you want the print to be but if your picture doesn't have a white background, the entire thing will be dark.The app worked fine and the print quality is okay but only on pictures that were originally black and white with a white background and solid black lines.
